What is the difference between bar dining, chef’s counter and dining room?

The bar can be reserved for our full dining experience on Fridays and Saturdays, in a room adjacent to our dining room. Our chef’s counter is located in the main dining room and is counter style seating overlooking our open kitchen. Dining room reservations are tables in the main dining room.
